I found the article very interesting. however, in south africa we have fantasitic scenarios, unfortunately only the rich can reach the best private resources.Students are vulnerable especially in underresourced areas, making nursing less hands on due to fear of contracting certain diseases,however a variety of experiences & scenarios is the best teacher as I have learnt .
